Our 2nd Odyssey is a single estate, single origin micro-lot grown by Nectario Zuñiga at the El Oasis farm, located in the Tolima region, Colombia.

The coffee cherries of this micro-lot has been exposed to a dry aerobic fermentation, prior to being placed through two other rigorously controlled and meticulously measured steps, in order to achieve the desired outcome.

Defined as an experimental farm based process, dry aerobic fermentation refers specifically to fermentation that takes place in a custom-built, oxygen-free environment. This process encourages the development of new and interesting flavours.

Supergiant™ 2nd Odyssey is designed to be consumed black, i.e. without the addition of milk.
