We are extremely proud to introduce you to our 3rd adventure. Supergiant® 3rd Odyssey is a stunning coffee that bares (agri-) cultural significance and bravery in farm based experimentation.

A single estate, single origin micro-lot grown by Jairo Arcila at his farm — Santa Monica. The farm is located within Pija, a municipality in the south-eastern area of the department of Quindío, Colombia. It is part of the Triángulo del Café (Coffee Triangle); a UNESCO World Heritage site recognised as "Coffee Cultural Landscape of Colombia".

Supergiant™ 3rd Odyssey is 100% Castillo, a variety developed by Federación Nacional de Cafeteros. The coffee was exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation of 72 hours, with dehydrated passionfruit and tartaric acid added during the process. Later, coffee was pulped and placed on raised beds mixed with dehydrated passion fruit below 35°C until ideal moisture content was achieved.

Supergiant™ 3rd Odyssey is designed to be consumed black, i.e. without the addition of milk.
