    Invented by the Japanese in the 90s, they called it ドリップコーヒー (drip coffee). Commonly referred to as 掛耳包咖啡 (hanging ear coffee bag) when the invention bridged across East Asia.

  • Gently tear away the top of the instant drip filter bag, along the line of perforation

    Slowly pull on the paper hangers, until they hang securely over the rim of cup

    Gradually pour 200ml of hot water (95°c) into the instant drip filter bag and remove the bag once finished
